Clients Enthusiastic About Continuity and Convergence as Merger Moves Quickly
A lot can happen in only one month. This has become abundantly clear as Beeline and IQNavigator merge into the world’s largest independent provider of contingent workforce management solutions.
Since the merger was announced in December, our account teams have worked diligently to ensure that our systems continue to perform as promised, helping our customers alleviate skills shortages, mitigate compliance risks, and optimise total talent costs. Meanwhile, cross-functional convergence teams are well on their way to producing a unified roadmap for a dramatically new generation of contingent workforce platform architecture.
What Does Our Industry Think?
The response from customers, partners, and industry analysts has been overwhelmingly positive. In Europe, our customers and partners are sharing their enthusiasm about the synergies we will achieve in accelerating the integration of new features and technologies from our combined portfolio into our current platforms and the next generation as well.
This has resulted in a number of serious discussions about new programs and global expansions. The merger reinforces our commitment and ability to meet both IQNavigator and Beeline VMS customers’ needs, and to provide even more advanced technology and better service to existing and new customers.
Roadmap to Be Unveiled in London
We plan to introduce our roadmap to current and future customers at two upcoming events. The first of these will be an exclusive roundtable “Meeting of Minds” in central London on Thursday, February 2. The event will feature presentations on the latest industry trends and best practices, and discussions with the combined executive team.
The London event will be followed on May 1-3 by the 2017 Beeline + IQN Conference scheduled in Orlando, Florida. Open to both IQN and Beeline customers and partners, the conference will bring together a range of industry experts as well as company executives, product specialists, global client support and relationship managers, and representatives of the combined technology teams. Attendees will have opportunities for hands-on interaction with new technologies and for networking with peers to learn how other customers are utilising VMS and self-sourcing technology to optimise their workforce.
Momentum is Exciting—and Contagious
We are delighted that our customers and partners are energised about the momentum our merger has generated. It is really exciting to be a part of a dynamic organisation whose technologies support more than 300 clients worldwide.
We now have the deepest, most seasoned team of VMS professionals under one roof. And all of us—in our 16 locations around the world—are committed to delivering the next generation of innovative technology, end-to-end global and localised service to customers, and value-added capabilities to help you manage your contingent workforce.
